this is a picture of the view from my tiny bed. i love christmas lights, so i decided to put them inside my home… all year long. sometimes i wonder if they look kind of tacky but i mostly smile everytime i come home to them because they are a tiny part of all the things that make me up.

and my hope for you, and for us, is that we would surround ourselves by the things we love all the time. my hope is that we’d discover bits and pieces of ourselves and that those things would keep us company each and everyday. my hope is that we’d write down quotes and put up pictures and go to places and listen to songs and eat m&ms and just do and be all the things that set this soul of ours on fire. because you deserve it. because we deserve it.
